Snow and Cardmaking Frenzy
It snowed today in North Carolina, and Raleigh got 4-6 inches of the white stuff! I was actually thinking about driving 20 miles to my job in Durham this morning, and then common sense kicked in. I took a vacation day, took some pictures of the snow, watched the inauguration of President Barack Obama (raises hands in praise), talked with a friend on phone, and made some cards!
This is actually a tea bag holder that I made a couple of weeks ago:
I hope you all enjoyed today. Until next time,
I have nominated your blog for the Kreativ Blogger award, you truly deserve it.I love your blog, and girl you are multi-talented.
Have fun
Very beautiful cards!! I love NC, especially Winston Salem. The snow is beautiful, too!!
Very nice cards… I am so sick of the snow…. I am in NY between the freezing cold and the snow I can’t wait for spring….
@ Andrea, thank you! That means a lot coming from you. 🙂
@ Jacqui, thank you for stopping by. I hope this won’t be your last visit.
@ Carolyn, in 2000 NC got 20+ inches of snow. That really shut things down!
Beatiful cards! Class is cancelled tonight, so I hope to make a few more. Hope you enjoyed the snow.
I know for your area that is ALOT of snow! Glad you were able to use a vacation day and enjoy some time crafting!
Love your cards!
After seeing that we’ve made the same purse, I had to come visit your site. Lot’s of cute clothes you’ve made!
That’s a lot of snow!! LOL Cute cards!
I live in Clayton and we got more snow than Raleigh. I didn’t try to get to Raleigh today. I’ll probably be home tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get some sewing done on tomorrow. I spent most of today watching television. Truly a great day in the History of America.
