Best Patterns of 2007

Adrienne alerted me that I’ve been featured twice in Pattern Review’s Best Patterns of 2007. Like I told her, I’m mad they used that picture of me in the glasses! LOL! But it’s all good. The patterns I used that they highlighted were the dresses of Simplicity 3775 and New Look 6557. I made four of the New Look dresses; let’s just say I had a lot of time on my hands! My favorite is View C, because the fabric I used was gorgeous (and on sale for $3.00/yd).

Other fashionistas featured are Erica B., Tearsa, aka Lovely, Sewl Sista #1, Nicegirl, and Sew-4-Fun.

  1. Pirouette.-Thanks again for your visits to my blog. Yes, I am a professional tailor with a few years of experience, but I opened my blog wanting to share these experiences with other professionals and amateurs to the seam. Something so I am happy now because in a short time I have also learned new techniques and I have known people kind and so willing to share. Thanks to you also for this (excuse my English …. Ahhh.). Greetings from Barcelona. Paco
